The client requested a hotel room that was modern, minimalist, and contemporary, with a focus on open space, clean lines, and a peaceful atmosphere. In order to improve guest comfort, the emphasis was on luxury via simplicity, utilizing premium materials, cozy lighting, and a carefully planned layout.
PROJECT CONCEPT
This hotel room is a masterwork of contemporary minimalism, combining refinement and simplicity. The design includes clean, open areas, elegant built-in furniture, and a neutral color scheme with organic textures. A calm and welcoming ambiance is produced by warm accent lighting and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. High-end finishes, delicate contrasts, and practical elegance take the place of too ornate elements, guaranteeing a smooth fusion of comfort and style.
CHALLENGES
One of the main challenges was to create a cozy and welcoming space in a basic setting. A careful balance of materials and lighting was also vital to guarantee that the area remained opulent and useful without superfluous decoration.
SOLUTIONS
We worked through every element using 3D representations to keep simplicity and luxury in balance. By maximizing material choices, lighting design, and space efficiency, BIM modeling ensured an elegant, clutter-free refuge that provides visitors with a luxurious yet peaceful experience.
