Pine Square Mall: Building Facade Design
In order to create a welcome ambiance and draw in guests, the client envisioned a contemporary, aesthetically pleasing façade that incorporates sleek materials and natural features, with a focus on transparency and openness.
PROJECT CONCEPT
The shopping center elevation’s sleek, modern design skillfully combines aluminum, glass, and travertine to produce a dramatic and cutting-edge architectural statement. Aluminum adds robustness, glass improves clarity, and travertine’s inherent warmth adds grace. The mall’s urban presence is improved by the design, which makes for a warm and exciting shopping environment.
CHALLENGES
One of the main challenges was to ensure that the façade maintained its aesthetic appeal day and night by striking the correct balance between materials and dimensions. Furthermore, an engaging and realistic presentation was necessary to fully communicate the design’s impact to clients and investors.

To explore material combinations and maximize lighting effects, we offered top-notch 3D representations. In order to ensure confidence before execution, walkthrough animations and 360° visualizations assisted clients and investors in understanding the entire vision.
