Villa Design
By adding a new extension, improving window sizes and styles, and updating traditional paint and materials into sleek, modern designs, the customer aimed to update their property. Enhancing use, natural light, and overall aesthetics while preserving structural integrity was the aim.
PROJECT CONCEPT
Through the combination of modern design and classic elegance, this makeover gives the home a new, contemporary character. The living area is increased by the additional addition while maintaining a smooth architectural flow. Large glass panels took the place of traditional windows, making the space lighter and airier. Neutral colors, premium textures, and contemporary materials were used to update the exterior and interior finishes, giving the whole design a sense of refinement and coziness.
CHALLENGES
The main concerns were choosing contemporary finishes that blend in with the old building, making sure that window alterations were proportionate, and integrating the new addition without compromising structural integrity.
SOLUTIONS
We gave the client a clear picture of the transition prior to its implementation by using 3D representations. Building information modeling, or BIM, was utilized to improve project efficiency, simplify material selection, and optimize structural adjustments. This method produced a beautiful, useful, and cohesive refurbishment by guaranteeing a smooth transition between traditional and contemporary design.
