Villa Renovation
The client wanted to update window sizes and designs, add a new addition to their villa, and replace traditional materials and finishes with sleek, modern ones. Enhancing natural light, use, and aesthetic appeal while guaranteeing a smooth transition between the old and new structures was the goal.
PROJECT CONCEPT
The villa’s architectural integrity is preserved while it is transformed into an elegant, contemporary hideaway. Without dominating the original structure, the new expansion increases the available space. Expansive glass panels were used in place of the conventional windows to let in more natural light. A timeless yet modern ambiance was created by updating the exterior and interior finishes with new materials, muted colors, and sophisticated textures.
CHALLENGES
Ensuring structural integrity while adjusting window sizes and smoothly integrating the addition was the main issue. Another important factor was striking a harmonious balance between traditional and contemporary elements.
SOLUTIONS
We refined design decisions prior to implementation by offering a thorough sneak peek of the villa’s metamorphosis through 3D renderings. Assessing structural modifications, choosing the best materials, and guaranteeing effective project execution were all made possible by BIM (Building Information Modelling). This strategy produced a tastefully updated property with improved usability and visual appeal.
