Villa Renovation
The client’s goal was to revitalize their property by adding more space and changing the traditional style to a sleek, contemporary one. In order to create a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere, they envisioned a continuous expansion that felt like part of the existing structure, wider windows for more natural light, and a refined material palette.
PROJECT CONCEPT
The villa’s character is redefined by this refurbishment, which strikes a balance between classic appeal and contemporary elegance. The new addition preserves architectural harmony by blending in seamlessly with the original building. Traditional windows are replaced with floor-to-ceiling glass panels, which increase openness and make it harder to distinguish between interior and outdoor areas. The outside and interior are transformed by a carefully chosen combination of neutral hues, modern textures, and premium materials, creating a sophisticated and unified appearance.
CHALLENGES
One of the main challenges was integrating the new addition with the existing villa without compromising its structural integrity. Careful planning was also needed to modify window sizes while maintaining the villa’s dimensions and guaranteeing material continuity.
SOLUTIONS
To ensure a seamless transition between classic and current styles, we used 3D visualizations to enhance every design aspect. Building information modeling, or BIM, was essential to improving project efficiency, cutting down on material waste, and optimizing construction. The end product is a smooth, updated property that perfectly captures the client’s vision and modern luxury.
